Step into a space of deep relaxation and intentional self-love at our Align & Unwind Restorative Event. This immersive experience is designed to gently reset your energy, balance your chakras, and calm your nervous system through sound frequency and guided meditation.

The evening begins with a 15-minute educational session on energy healing, offering insight into how sound, intention, and frequency support energetic alignment. You’ll then melt into a 45-minute guided meditation and sound bowl journey, allowing healing vibrations to restore balance, clarity, and inner peace.
 
What to expect:

 Please bring a pillow to sit on for comfort. Small throw blankets are welcome.
